Battersea Canoe Club is a small and relaxed kayaking club with a great mix of abilities and canoeing interests. New members are welcome whether they are novices or old hands.

There is a Committee but the emphasis is firmly on informality with all members being encouraged to suggest and organise events. We have a regular newsletter and list of events to keep members informed of what's happening. Committee Page

Canoe Polo is indulged in at Putney leisure Centre, on ad-hoc tournaments and by our team in Div 3 South.

White Water trips take place regularly, volunteers to organise are always welcome.

Placid Water (Thames Paddle) sessions from Barn Elms take place on Tuesday evenings.

Surfing is a favourite of some club members, typically North Devon is the destination.

Sea Kayaking is something we might do more of.

Membership is open to anyone over the age of 18. Activities include white water paddling, canoe polo, white water racing, sea surfing and inland touring and sea touring. Membership
